  1. Based on Client Satisfaction survey in 2008, the average of Clients satisfaction is 85%
  2. Accreditation of Quality System Management ISO 9001 : 2000 since 14 August 2003, and then up - graded into ISO 9001 : 2008 since 14 August 2009 to bring the operating system and procedures complying with the new standard as the requirement of International Standard
