Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan (LARAP) for Regional Metropolitan Cirebon Raya Water Supply System (WSS/SPAM) Plan.
Regional Metropolitan Cirebon Raya Water Supply System (WSS/SPAM) Plan is a Drinking Water Supply System that is managed by PT Tirta Gemah Ripah to meet drinking water needs for the community in Sumedang Regency, Majalengka Regency, Cirebon Regency and Indramayu Regency. The WSS/SPAM construction includes intake building, the water transmission pipeline, the Drinking Water Treatment Plant (WTP/IPA) and the Main Distribution Network (MDN/JDU) pipeline. Before the WSS/SPAM development activities were carried out, PT Tirta Gemah Ripah conducted a LARAP (Land Acquisition and Resettlement Action Plan) Study of residents in the residential areas that were the locations of WSS/SPAM development. The study was conducted on the preparation of LARAP documents to find out the estimated cost of land acquisition and assets that are on the land to be released as well as the cost of resettlement or new settlements and public facilities.
